At Genzee Fit, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality clothing with premium stitching and comfortable fabric. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Item must be in original condition with tags and packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Returns are applicable only if:
• Wrong size received
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
📌 Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Innerwear / Nightwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or altered products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items without original tags or packaging
💰 Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed as:
• Store Credit, or
• Back to the original payment method (where applicable)
⏳ Refund processing time: 7–10 working days
📌 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed once per order
• Exchange depends on stock availability
• Customer may need to pay return shipping charges
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
• Wrong item sent by us, or
• Defective product
👉 Genzee Fit will bear the return shipping cost.
Otherwise:
👉 Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
